Privacy Policy.
Short version: this site has no analytics, no ads and no tracking cookies. The only personal data I receive is what you choose to send me through the contact form.
Who I am
This is the personal portfolio of Matheus Ferreira, a product designer and Webflow developer based in Brazil. I am the controller of the data described here, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018). You can reach me at matheus@greencave.co.
What I collect
When you fill in the contact form, I receive:
- your name and email address;
- your company name, if you provide it;
- the service you're interested in, the approximate number of pages and your budget range;
- any details you write about your project.
I don't ask for sensitive data. Please don't include it in the message.
Why I use it
Only to reply to your message and, if it makes sense for both of us, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is the handling of steps prior to a contract at your request (LGPD, art. 7, V). I never sell your data, share it for marketing or add you to a mailing list.
Who helps me run this
A few services process data on my behalf, and some of them are outside Brazil (mainly in the US):
- FormSubmit delivers the contact form to my inbox;
- Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser, for security;
- my email provider stores the messages I receive.
Third-party content
Fonts are served from this site itself. To load some scripts, your browser connects directly to the jsDelivr, unpkg, cdnjs and Amazon CloudFront networks, which receive your IP address as part of any normal web request. Some project pages embed a video from Vimeo, which follows its own privacy policy when you play it.
Cookies and storage
This site doesn't set tracking or advertising cookies. It only uses your browser's session storage to remember that you've already seen the intro animation, so it doesn't play again while you browse. That information never leaves your device and is cleared when you close the tab.
How long I keep it
I keep your messages for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any project that comes out of it. You can ask me to delete them at any time.
Your rights
Under the LGPD you can ask to confirm whether I hold data about you, access it, correct it, have it deleted, know who it was shared with, or move it elsewhere. Just email matheus@greencave.co and I'll reply within 15 days. You can also file a complaint with Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update this page and the date above.
